Dr. Alicia Watkins is a licensed clinical therapist and full professor of social work with over 20 years of experience in mental health. She specializes in anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma recovery. Dr. Watkins earned her master’s degree from the University of Chicago and her doctorate from Florida State University.
She serves as a full professor at the University of St. Francis. A Fulbright Scholar, her work focuses on mental health stigma and trauma. Beyond academia, Dr. Watkins founded Coaching with Dr. Alicia, LLC, offering individual and couples coaching. She is dedicated to healing individuals, couples, and families - providing resources like the Drama-Free Lifestyle Workbook Bundle and courses on family and marriage dynamics. 
In her personal life, Dr. Watkins is married to Dr. Boyce Watkins, a renowned finance PhD and founder of The Black Business School. Together, they focus on empowering the Black community through education, wealth-building, and personal growth.
